Ordering Information

What are your terms?
Our business terms to public schools and institutions are net 30 days, F.O.B. Vernon Hills, Illinois, or shipping point. Shipping and handling charges of 9% of order ($7 minimum) or orders over $499 receive free shipping and will be added to your invoice. We cannot accept C.O.D. orders. Individual U.S. customers and International customers must pay by credit card or sent in by check with your order. You can print out your order using the "Print Order Form" button found on your cart.

Do your prices change?
Prices are those in effect at the date of shipment and subject to change without notice. However, authorization to ship is generally requested if a price increase exceeds 10%. In the rare event of an error in price, picture, or description, Classroom Products Warehouse will attempt to notify you prior to processing your order.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Classroom Products Warehouse makes every effort to process your order within two business days, unless otherwise noted on the order screen. We ship your order within 5 business days, and if you have not received your order in 10 business days, please contact us. International orders (including Alaska and Hawaii) are sent parcel post and will take approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery. Any additional charges the may apply for clearing products through customs and any customs duties outside the United States are the responsibility of the customer.

Will you send an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail at the address that you provided in your order. This confirmation will include an order number, and will detail all the information you provided on your order. The confirmation will also detail each individual item ordered and the item's price.

Why doesn't my discount for buying in quantity show on my order?
Currently any discounts for ordering in quantity will be calculated by our order entry department. Your final billing statement will show your discount.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales taxes are required in the states of AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NV, OH, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, and WY. State laws in CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA,MI, MO, MS, NC, NE, NM, NY, NV, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, WV, and WY mandate that sales tax be calculated on both merchandise and freight.
